What the Office says
- "The file name for your list should include the case number assigned to this application and the title you plan to use to identify the entire group of photographs." (GRPPH help, step 7)
- "The file name for the title list must be entered in the application itself in the space provided on the certification screen. The Office will use this information to locate and identify your list." (Circular 42)
- The case number is shown "at the top of each screen in the online application in the field marked Case #". The Office's example is 1-1111111111 (GRPPH help, step 2).
Tips
- Use the same group title you type into eCO's "Title of Group" field.
- The builder takes out characters that file systems reject, such as / \ : * ? " < > |, and accents, as our own caution.
- If you split a big batch, the Office suggests titles like "Group 1 of 2" and "Group 2 of 2" for groups from the same client or project (GRPPH help). Each group has its own case number, so each list has its own name.
