Questions about the checker, your license key, a refund or a group registration? Email us and a person will reply.
We aim to reply within two working days. If you bought a license, please write from the email address you bought with, or include your Paddle order reference, so we can find it quickly.
Before you write
- Lost your license key? It was emailed when you paid; check your spam folder for an email from licences@registermyphotos.com, then email us if it is not there.
- Refunds: see the refund policy. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt.
- Canceling renewal: use the link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Questions about group registration: the help page and guides may answer them straight away.
Please do not send us your photos. The checker runs in your browser and never needs them.
